Vegetables, fruits, and fresh juices are an excellent choice for this process as they require very little energy during digestion.

The diet should go as follows:

In the Morning

You are to eat any type of fruits as well as some vegetables like lettuce and celery. You may blend your meal into smoothies if you prefer. Drink a glass or two of water, or chamomile tea.

In the Afternoon

You can have a large bowl of mixed vegetable salad, you may use extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice or fresh orange juice for the dressing you may include fruits such as avocadoes if you still feel hungry. Drink plenty of water, fresh fruit juice or chamomile tea with your meal.

In the Evening

At this time you may combine different vegetables and fruits, however it is advised to have more vegetables than fruits. The vegetables may be eaten raw or may be steamed, which ever you prefer. You may have steamed or boiled turnips, carrots, peas. And so on. Drink as much fluids as you can; include water, chamomile tea and different fruit juices.

In between meals

You may have snacks in between meals so as not to over eat at meal times. Always try to avoid midnight snacks. For snacks you may have a variety of unsalted nuts, vegetables like celery sticks, carrot sticks, fruits like apples and oranges, fresh juices and so on.
