These exercises are simple and will give you the best results. First, you will want to stand with your legs separated. Make sure you keep your back straight and let your arms relax at your sides. For another double chin exercise that works, start by standing with legs apart, back straight and arms relaxed at sides. Overlap your lips the same as before. Raise your head so you are looking straight up. Slowly lower your head, but this time turn it to the left and touch your chin to your shoulder. Hold this position for two seconds. Return to original position and start again, only this time turn to the right side. Do this exercise for 3 reps of 10 on each side.
