Female fitness models are beautiful creatures and they range in size from lean and strong-looking to very muscular. No matter which type of body you want to emulate you can look like a fitness model without actually being one. Fitness models have a big incentive considering they're getting paid for the modeling and photo shoots that they do. These are generally motivation enough to workout regularly and eat healthy foods for as long as you're in the business.
For 'normal' people who don't have money or a career in fitness as a great motivator it can be harder to stick to a regular fitness program - but it's definitely not impossible.
The first thing you need to do if you want to look like a fitness model is to eat right. Eating is where a lot of people have their struggles. If you're consuming too many calories and calories that are full of sugar, fats and sodium it's going to show on your body. You don't have to cut out all 'bad' foods but you really do need to be mindful of what you're eating. If you want a bit of help in determining how much you should be eating for quick weight loss that is also sustainable and supportive of muscle growth, consider using a
